Mak's Noodle
Owner of Mak's Noodle, Mak Woon Chi started the very first Mak’s Noodle in Hong Kong. From an open air street stall, Mak’s Noodle has developed to an eatery with indoor seating. Though renowned for its wanton mee soup topped with giant prawn wonton prepared with Mak's recipe passed down through generations, Mak's Noodle also serves dry wanton mee tossed in oyster sauce, as well as beef brisket noodles.
