Tow Kwar Pop

Tow Kwar Pop really places emphasis on their tau kwa, as they are still hand-grilled the traditional way. Because of that, the tau kwa in this rojak is simply phenomenal. It’s stuffed with cucumber slices and beansprouts, then grilled until airy and fluffy on the inside, charred, fragrant and crispy on the outside. Finally, it is then added to the dish alongside apples, pineapples, crushed peanuts and a sauce that is more savoury and not overpowered by sugar.
