Located at Bedok South Market & Food Centre, Ah Wah Rojak serves a rendition of rojak that includes turnip, cucumber, pineapple and pear, along with crispy youtiao, tau pok, and beansprouts mixed in just the right amount of sweet, salty sauce. Not overly wet, sweet or salty, this plate of rojak has flavours that are perfectly balanced.
