This bright red ramen stall in Liang Court is hard to miss and it is the place to go if you're looking for a fun ramen experience. Served without soup in a preheated stone bowl, your waiter will pour in the soup and cover the bowl with a conical lid. Steam will pour out from the top of the lid just like an erupting volcano!
