Whitley Road Prawn Noodles
With three outlets in Singapore gathering a long line of followers especially during lunch hour, the dish may look plain but it sure packs a punch. The robust prawn stock is just the right amount of sweet and briny. The fresh plump prawns, fried scallions, fragrant lard and al dente noodles all come together to create a satisfyingly harmonious dish. It's no wonder they are regarded as one of the OGs in the local prawn noodle scene!
