Chef Kang Prawn Noodle House is known for their prawn mee with a side of har cheong pork ribs, which is what makes it different from all the other prawn noodles stalls here! The soup is also significantly lighter as Chef Kang uses chicken feet, so if you’re expecting a rich, thick broth, this is not the place for you. Only limited quantities are made each day and it's not uncommon for them to be sold out by 2pm!
