Sin Hoi Sai is an old-school neighbourhood tze char stall at Tiong Bahru Road and East Coast with over 30 years of history! Their rendition of Moonlight Hor Fun has a silky smooth texture that is boosted by the raw egg yolk in between, and when mixed with the black sauce and great wok hei, it is easily one of the most delicious hor fun around!
