Michelin-approved Keng Eng Kee Seafood’s Signature Moonlight Hor Fun is a fan favourite for many, thanks to its delectably smoky wok hei which not all tze char stalls can achieve. Yet, the smoky finish isn’t overpowering, and it’s just enough to balance out the silky gravy. The hor fun itself is on the drier side, but when the yolk is mixed in it becomes delightfully smooth and rich.
