Using buttermilk, wheat and grains from Kyushu, the pancakes and waffles served at this cafe in Novena are fluffy and tasty. The Matcha Tiramisu pancakes are served with brown sugar Mascarpone cheese, matcha sauce and topped with vanila ice cream, whereas the Matcha MonBlanc pancakes are served with matcha montblanc sauce, matcha mousse and fresh cream.
