What does "botanical flavours of nature" mean? It means that at Birds of Paradise, gelato is made using natural and botanical ingredients such as fruits, flowers, pods, herbs, and spices. Taking culinary cues from the South East Asian palate, we see interesting flavours such as Basil, White Chrysanthemum, Lemongrass Ginger and Midnight Gianduja, amongst many more. Wonderfully refreshing and exquisitely done, it's no wonder they're Michelin-recommended!
