Temasek Indian Rojak

Located in Tekka Centre, Temasek Indian Rojak is a must-visit for any Indian rojak fan. Now helmed by its third-generation owner, everything is made according to a family recipe that’s been passed down through the generations. The stall also doesn’t just have one, or two, but three different types of prawn fritters for you to choose from! Other popular ingredients include the battered potatoes, tempeh, cuttlefish and innards, but no matter what you pick they all pair perfectly with the thick, hot and rich sauce that’s made with 11 different ingredients!
