Abdhus Salam Rojak

Now run by a Gen-Y hawker who’s taken over the reins from his father, Abdhus Salam Rojak is one of the famous Indian rojak stalls at Ayer Rajah Food Centre. The amount of ingredients on selection may be a bit overwhelming, but you can’t go wrong with options such as the prawn fritter, coconut fritter, beef lung, and the lentil fritters. The rojak here is fried to a crisp and paired with a sauce that is spicier than some of the other rojak sauce here, so fans who love some heat and spice will surely enjoy this!
