With its famous signature xiao long baos (steamed pork dumplings) and heart-warming steamed chicken soup, this authentic Taiwanese restaurant has been making waves with branches throughout the world. In 2010, Din Tai Fung's Silvercord branch in Hong Kong received the restaurant's first Michelin Star, and it was awarded a Michelin Star for the next three years.
