Hill Street Tai Hwa Pork Noodle

Founded in the 1930s, Hill Street Tai Hwa Pork Noodle was awarded a Michelin star in 2016. Since receiving the Michelin star, crowds have braved the 30-minute to 2-hour queue for this famous bowl of Bak Chor Mee. Each bowl of noodles is cooked to order and tossed with black vinegar, chilli paste. It's then topped with minced meat, sliced pork, liver and wontons, and served with a bowl of soup on the side. Cast your vote for Hill Street Tai Hwa Pork Noodle if you feel that their pork noodles are worth the wait!
