There are 'Four Heavenly Kings' in Tim Ho Wan that every customer should order: steamed egg cake, beancurd skin with pork & shrimp, pan-fried carrot cake, and pork buns. We especially love it for its unique texture! With a crumbly and fluffy exterior, while the inside is oozing barbecued pork which imparts a sweet-salty contrasting taste.
