This Muslim-owned eatery specialises in Chinese hand-pulled noodles and authentic Xinjiang cuisine. Their soup is made from scratch by simmering fresh beef bones for over three hours to help create a rich flavour that is simply delicious. Each batch of noodles is made by hand-mixing wheat flour, then kneading the dough for up to 30 minutes and then hand-pulling it, resulting in a springy texture.
