Founded by chef Reto Marzari, who was the first apprentice at the world-famous Confiserie Bachmann in Switzerland, at Chocolate Atelier you can not only purchase world-class pralines, but you can also sign up for a workshop and learn to make Swiss chocolate, truffles, griottines and other chocolate delights.
