Another Michelin stall, Yuan Chun Famous Lor Mee is known for their lor mee gravy that is simmered for hours on end. It is viscous, fragrant and rich in flavour with the combination of meat, boiled shark's meat, spices and more! Choose from the classic flat yellow noodles or go for kway teow, bee hoon, or a mixture. Don’t forget to add some chilli, minced garlic and vinegar for good measure!
