Hock Lee Fishball Noodles
If you’re willing to brave the queue, Hock Lee Fishball Noodles is one of the must-try stalls at Albert Centre Market & Food Centre. Their fishballs are completely fresh and handmade, and you can have them with your choice of noodles such as mee pok or mee kia, with or without soup. The dry version sees al dente springy noodles tossed in tangy vinegar and chilli sauce and it comes with a bowl of clear soup.
