Ah Seng Bak Chor Mee

A Michelin Plate awardee, Ah Seng serves affordable bowls of BCM that come with handmade meatballs. A mix of fish and pork, they are softer than the machine-made ones that many of us might be used to. Yet, the mixture results in an extra yummy and memorable meatball that will keep you coming back for more. You’ll also notice that the noodles here are cooked to be a little softer than usual. That’s because they cater to the older folks that frequent the stall. But they are by no means mushy at all as they still retained a slight bounce and bite. All in all, a slurpable bowl that deserves all the hype.
