Bao Zai
This stall has been around for over four decades and specialise in traditional hand-made baos. Highlights include their char siew bao, da bao and red bean bao. You’ll also find dim sum classics such as lor mai kai (glutinous rice), fan choy and siew mai on their menu! Even though the baos here are smaller than factory-made ones and not extremely photogenic, it’s what’s on the inside that counts.
