Zion Road Big Prawn Noodle

Zion Road Big Prawn Noodle is one of the most popular stalls at Zion Riverside Food Centre, and it’s been awarded with the Michelin Bib Gourmand for several years. If you find that it reminds you of the prawn noodles at Adam Road Food Centre – that’s because the owners are siblings! Prices for the prawn noodles start from $8 and go up to $25, and the more you pay the bigger the prawns, and they are significantly larger than the typical big prawns you get from other stalls. The stall serves both dry and soup versions, and the soup is incredibly robust and rich with umami. Definitely deserving of all the accolades they have!
