Boon Tong Kee Kway Chap Braised Duck

Don’t be mistaken, this Michelin-recommended kway chap shares no relation with the famous chicken rice. But they’re just as well loved, drawing a queue even during non-peak hours! The kway chap comes with the usual items such as braised duck, braised egg and pig’s intestines, and the soup carries a flavourful herbal note. You can also get duck rice here with the same braised duck, tofu, egg and a bowl of soup. The stall also has two types of chilli sauce, and we recommend a combination of both!
