Yu Chu La Mian Xiao Long Bao

The owner of Yu Chu La Mian Xiao Long Bao used to work at a number of large Chinese restaurants in Singapore, but realised that people were being overcharged for the food. He ventured out to open his own stall, aiming to feed the crowd with good food at a fraction of the price. The taste of his xiao long bao definitely doesn’t disappoint, the dumplings contain a generous portion of meat in a flavourful broth, and it doesn’t break apart easily. And at a really affordable price too!
