Wang Ji Shang Hai Xiao Long Bao

Enjoy restaurant-quality xiao long bao at Yong Le Kitchen, whose owner used to work at Crystal Jade. The dumplings are served in a bamboo steamer and boast a thin and chewy skin, steaming-hot soup with a slightly sweet undertone and juicy pork filling. It makes for a very tasty treat, especially with some black vinegar and fresh ginger!
