The Exciseman

Named after British tax officials that impose duties on alcohol, The ExciseMan is one of the first specialist whisky bars in Singapore. Founded by the same folks behind Le Vigne Wines and Spirits, this bar is dedicated mostly to artisanal producers and houses some of the most exquisite bottles on the island. Apart from its impressive collection, The ExciseMan also offers fine dining experiences and has an extensive wine menu.
