Singapore Fried Hokkien Mee seems to have a perpetual long queue, and it’s also open till 1.30am, so it’s great for late night suppers! The hokkien mee here features thick bee hoon along with yellow noodles, and it also comes with loads of minced garlic for plenty of flavour and depth. The accompanying chilli also packs a punch, and comes with sliced green and red chillies.
