Liang Zhao Ji Duck Rice
Liang Zhao Ji Duck Rice has been around for more than 40 years and is famous for its braised duck rice and duck porridge, clinching the Michelin Bib Gourmand in 2016 & 2017. The braised duck rice is generously drenched in gravy with tender and succulent duck meat, while the porridge is velvety and comforting, with a splash of braised gravy to uplift its flavour.
