The first thing you’ll notice about 545 Whampoa Prawn Noodle is the queue, but if you can get over the intimidating line, you’ll be treated to dry and soup prawn noodles made with only sea-caught prawns! We prefer the dry version, where the noodles are tossed in a combination of chilli sauce, sweet ketchup, and a mixture of fried garlic and shallots.
