Opened by a Vietnamese-Singaporean, VS Cafe has its humble beginnings as a small cafe in NUS. Here, you’ll find some of the best traditional Vietnamese cuisine such as Cha Ca La Vong (grilled turmeric fish), Pho Ga (shredded chicken noodle soup) and Goi Xoai (shrimp & green mango salad) prepared from recipes that have been carefully handed down through generations.
