At Moc Quan, owner Jeff hand-carries the fresh ingredients almost every two weeks from Vietnam to Singapore. Enjoy authentic dishes such as Bun Thit Nuong – rice noodles topped with barbecue sliced and minced pork, cucumber, fresh herbs, toasted peanuts, fried shallots and special homemade fish sauce, or Com Ga Nuong that’s grilled chicken marinated with a homemade sauce and served with rice and salad.
