Co Chung – Authentic Taste of Vietnam
Named after its founder Aunty Chung, Co Chung offers traditional Vietnamese appetisers, sandwiches, noodle soups, coffee and desserts. Some of the dishes here are not commonly found in Singapore itself, which sets Co Chung apart from the rest. Try the Bò Lá Lôt (grilled beef in betel leaf), Nem Nuông (grilled pork sausage) and Bún Riêu (crab paste and pork vermicelli soup), and end your meal on a sweet note with the Chè Chuói (banana sweet soup)!
