Try the Roasted Pork, Salt Baked Roast Chicken or the Special Great Banh Mi that’s stuffed with three different types of ham, pickles, and chilli.The cold cuts are made according to a family recipe that dates back to 1899, and feature a variety of pork off-cuts that lend a yummy chewiness!
