Zao Dao Shu Shi

Zao Dao Shu Shi is another stall that commands a snaking queue. Serving up delectable plates of Malaysian-style wanton mee, they are tossed in a luscious black sauce and then topped with thin slices of char siew, some veggies, fried wantons and boiled wantons in a bowl of soup. The dish is simple but executed perfectly, and we highly recommend getting an additional serving of fried wantons!
