Hock Huat Fried Kway Teow
Hock Huat Fried Kway Teow only has one item on their menu (no prizes for guessing what it is) and their char kway teow draws in a queue. Charred to perfection with subtle hints of chilli, scattered abundantly between the flat noodles are the usual suspects: lap cheong (Chinese sausage), fish cake, bean sprouts and bits of fried egg. The dish also seems less oily than other CKTs out there, making it extremely light and easy to chow down!
