Love carrot cake? Then you most definitely have to try Geylang Traditional Carrot Cake. Although, you should get here as early as you can, as it’s not uncommon for them to sell out by 10:30 am! They’re touted to have one of the best carrot cakes in Singapore, with the white carrot cake coming with julienned slices of fresh carrots within, while the black carrot cake is a caramelised, eggy and smoky plate of goodness.
