For some great Ayam Penyet, make sure to head over to Effandi Food Corner. Besides the usual chicken wings and drumsticks, you can also opt to add on chicken skin, neck, liver, gizzards and backside. The chicken is well marinated and not overly oily, and the generous amount of fried batter adds a crunch to every bite. The chilli sauce is on the sweeter side, and tastes even better with a squeeze of lime!
