Hai Tien Lo presents four different yusheng platters to choose from this year! These include the Abundance Yu Sheng ($288++) that’s brimming with South Africa abalone, lobster, scallops, coral clam and ice lettuce; the luxurious Vitality Yu Sheng (from $138++) with lobster, abalone and smoked salmon; the classic Double Blessing Yu Sheng (from $78++) with smoked salmon and crispy silver whitebait; and the Nutritious Prosperity is a sustainable choice with vegetarian abalone and ice lettuce. 

Available for both dine-in and takeaway.
