The regular yusheng set ($68++) includes salmon, ikura caviar, pickled wakame, veggies, tapioca crackers and gold leaf topping. You can also upgrade yours it to the premium set for a bigger group with the add-on of hamachi and Hokkaido scallops! For extra indulgence, you can also add add on some No.25 Oscietra caviar. Make sure to pre-order your luxe platter 24 hours before!
