Ser Seng Herbs (Turtle) Restaurant
Ser Seng Herbs has its origins as a push cart stall in the 1940s, and the time-tested recipe includes over 20 different types of herbs, simmered for more than 12 hours daily! Every bowl comes with a generous amount of protein-packed turtle meat, collagen-filled turtle skin, flavourful turtle eggs, and meticulously cooked traditional broth. If you’re up for a gastro-adventure, there are also soups made exclusively from turtles’ internal and reproductive organs! Apart from a variation of turtle soups, the family-run restaurant also cooks other nourishing herbal soups, such as Pepper Tripe Soup, Steamed Black Chicken and more.
