East Ocean Teochew Restaurant

East Ocean has been serving up classic Teochew cuisine since 1992, with the aim of preserving Teochew heritage through its recipes. The restaurant also upgrades its menu regularly, so you’ll often find something new to try. Among the must-haves are the Roasted Pork Belly and Teochew Cold Crab. The sweet tastiness is brought out by the experienced chefs with merely a pinch of salt, some pepper, ginger and sauce to accentuate the natural flavours perfectly!
