Apologies to Teochew porridge traditionalists, but it’s only right if we include an option that will satisfy both fans and non-fans of porridge buffets! Spice Brasserie’s Asian buffet isn’t purely a porridge buffet, it’s more of a normal buffet with a decent-sized Teochew porridge counter featuring 12 dishes. You also get the regular standard buffet fare like seafood, live stations, desserts and more. Now everyone can have a satisfying buffet meal together with minimal complaints!
