Tendon Kohaku
Tendon Kohaku’s specialty is Edo-styled tendon, where bowls of Hokkaido rice is filled to the brim with tempura and drizzled with a special sauce. The crowd-winner here is the Kohaku Bento, which comes packed with prawns, chicken breast, dory fish, baby corn, shitake mushrooms and more. Each tempura is fried in high-grade sesame oil and cooking oil, which imparts the crispy pieces with a beautiful nutty aroma without being cloying.
