Akimitsu
Akimitsu has an illustrious history of over 130 years, and it is currently in its fifth generation of ownership. Serving a range of ramen and don dishes, their signature tendon is a generous bowl made up of prawns, white fish, mushrooms, seaweed and assorted vegetables. The individual pieces are lightly coated in an airy and crunchy batter, and the spicy sauce adds a moreish umami flavour and pleasing kick.
