Haris Sharif Pte Ltd isn’t in Teban Gardens Market & Food Centre per se, but is right next to it instead. However, it’s famed Chicken, Mutton and Fish Briyani deserves a mention! The stall only opens at 10:30 am, but are often sold out by 1 pm – a true testament to their popularity. Cooked with spices like star anise, cumin and cloves, the rice is fragrant and buttery, while the proteins are tender and flavourful. Pair it with some of the curry that comes alongside and you truly have a delicious bite.
