Rajarani Thosai

According to Indian friends, Rajani Thosai has some of the island’s best thosais and appams. Made with fermented batter they have a slightly tangy taste. The thosai is spongy in the middle with crispy edges, while the appams are also delicious, served with orange sugar with a crunchy border and coconut-y fragrance.
