Lao Lee Pig’s Viscera Pork Ribs Prawn Noodle

It’s hard to miss this stall as they tend to have a line no matter the time of day. Serving up pork ribs prawn noodles and pig viscera noodles, the star of the show here is the soup stock, which is made of pork bones, prawn head, garlic, pepper and a variety of “secret ingredients”. It’s definitely not something that you can easily replicate at home, which explains why the stall is so popular because it keeps the people coming back for more!
