As the stall name suggests, soft bones are used in the pork rib noodles here. They are well-braised, tender and perfectly melt-in-your mouth! At just $4, the portion is also very generous. Braised gravy is generously slathered onto noodles and together with the house-made chilli, the entire dish came together perfectly.
