Seiwaa Okonomiyaki & Teppanyaki Restaurant

Seiwaa is an okonomiyaki and teppanyaki restaurant, and you might be surprised to know that they do a really good souffle pancake too! Like a true okonomiyaki restaurant, Seiwaa cooks the pancakes right in front of you! Once done, the pancakes are drizzled with a gula melaka sauce instead of maple syrup  – a unique and localised twist! The pancakes are wonderfully poofy and fluffy and make for the perfect way to end a meal.
