Bangkok Jam
An unlikely spot for souffle pancakes, Bangkok Jam serves a Thai-inspired version of the Western soufflé, featuring thick and fluffy pancakes served atop sweet sticky rice. It also comes with mango cubes, pomelo bits and dried rose petals, and served with coconut cream for extra decadence. Another one to try has to be the Thai Milk Tea Soufflé, an indulgent treat served with Thai Milk Tea pudding, tapioca pearls, coconut ice cream and Thai Milk Tea cream.
